I originally bought the Cocolime Jack O’Lantern two years ago for my room back in Australia and I absolutely loved it 😍 Apart from it being the most perfect decor addition to any room, the fragrance is soooo beautiful and wafts through the whole house. I ordered the Jack O Lantern candle with the Baccarat Rouge scent. Unfortunately it was stolen from my apartment lobby on delivery - I reached out to LH just to let them know to see if there was anything I could do. They were really empathetic and suggested I lodge a claim with the courier which I did. I then reordered, and to my absolute delight, they sent me a lovely surprise and note as they were sorry to hear my initial order was taken. Impeccable customer service not to mention really beautiful candles that smell divine gorgeous vases - definitely worth every cent and I look forward to future purchases!
